We strive to fulfill your order accurately. However, if you receive the wrong product or the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Amar Enterprise will arrange for pickup within 2-3 working days of your request.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the exchange request will be rejected, and the product will be sent back.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund as per our refund policy.
No exchanges for a different product—only size replacements are allowed.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 working days.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include original packaging & tags.
Returns missing tags will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. Failure to report the issue may result in the return not being processed.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.
If your pincode is not serviceable for returns, you must self-courier the item. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Refund Amount Deductions:
COD charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you opt for a Minisouk Wallet refund, the full amount (excluding COD charges) will be credited without the ₹100 deduction.
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days after product receipt. It will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to the bank account provided during the return request, reflecting in 7 working days.
Minisouk Wallet Refunds:
If incorrect bank details are provided, we will notify you.
If there is no response within 7 days, the refund will be transferred to your Minisouk Wallet.
Wallet refunds will be credited within 2 working days after product receipt.
Once processed to the Minisouk Wallet, refunds cannot be transferred to a bank account.
Rejected Returns: If the returned product is used or does not meet the policy conditions, it will be sent back to you, and additional shipping charges will apply.
